About Our Products

How does it work?

All women swimsuits and accessories are designed with tiny ultra-flat metal snaps that allow you to attach and detach as many ruffles and sleeves you’d like.
You can mix and match most swimsuit styles with most ruffles and accessories styles!

Are all swimsuits and accessories compatible?

Ruffles and belts are compatible with all swimsuit styles.
However, sleeves are only compatible with certain swimsuit styles that provide the armhole shape. You can find this information in each product page in the fit guide.

Can I design my own swimsuit?

Yes. Click the “Customize” button right under the “add to cart” button in each product page and you will be able to create any combination you like, order, save and even share your design! Visit the “design your own” page for tutorial video.

How do I shop for my swimsuit?

There are tons of ways you can shop!

  1. You can design your own swimsuit using our super easy to use design studio
  2. You can view our lookbook or best sellers to shop our favorite combinations
  3. View our members gallery for inspiration and see tons of swimsuits designed by women all over the world. Simply click on the design you like, edit sizes and viola! Your done! It’s that easy!

How do I wear my swimsuit?

However you want! And remember, you can wear it in a different way each time you use it!
Your fashion swimsuit is so versatile that by changing ruffles, accessories or simply placing them in a different way, you will have a whole different look and style going.

Can I buy separate items?

Yes. All swimsuits, bikinis and accessories can be purchase separately. Click “shop” in the top menu to get started.

Can I order different sizes for the top and the bottom of the bikinis?  

Of course! Don’t you hate that when you can’t?! All our bikini items are sold separately so you can choose the perfect fit.

How do I know if items I choose are compatible?

The design studio automatically does this for you so no need to worry.
If you buy items individually, you can find compatibility info in the product details section.

Can I buy matching swimsuits for the whole family?

Yes. All our girls, boys and men styles are designed to perfectly match the women’s for a perfect family matchy matchy.

Where are the swimsuits made?

Our products are 100% made in Italy

Are all your swimsuits eco-conscious?

Yes. All our swimsuits are made from 100% recycled fabrics.

Are your swimsuits ethically made?

Our swimsuits are made by women for women. They are handmade by talented fashion seamstress at one of Italy’s top manufacturer used by many high-end fashion brands including Givenchy, Burberry and many more.

Do you offer UV protection?

Yes. All our fabrics are USPF 50+

How do I know which swimsuit/outfit would best flatter my body type?

We know the importance of a perfect fit, so when we design our swimsuits, we try to keep all body types in mind. Please refer to our fit guide for more details. Here you will find tips and specifications to help you choose the perfect swimsuit for you.

Where can I try on your swimsuits?

If you are in Miami, you can schedule an appointment at our Miami office.
In you live or happen to vacation in Roatan: You can schedule an appointment at The Buccaneer Gift Shop.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we accept all major Credit Cards and PayPal.

What are your care instructions?

  • Always rinse immediately after use.
  • Gentle hand wash with cold water.
  • Use mild detergent.
  • Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or dry clean.
  • Do not leave under direct sunlight to prevent fading.
  • Do not wring, soak, or bleach.
  • Do not leave rolled up wet.
  • Do not iron.
  • Avoid contact with rough surfaces as this may cause pulling to swimwear.
  • Some sunscreen lotions and tanning oils may mark or damage swimwear if stain is left on for too long so make sure to rinse your swimsuit right away after every use.

Are GIRLS swimsuits compatible with the women’s ruffles and accessories?

No. All girls’ swimsuits already come with ruffles and/or accessories attached and they are not removable.

Exchanges & Returns

Do you accept returns and exchanges?

We will happily do exchanges due to change of mind or change in size as long as a request to exchange is received by us within 15 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging. Items must be unused, and in sellable condition. This means that the hygienic liner and the tags must be intact to facilitate the exchange. Items must also be sent back in their original packaging including all free accessories it came with.

For hygienic purposes, we strictly do not accept items in conditions other than the above. Please understand, it is like exchanging underwear :(

I want to make an exchange - how do I proceed? 

Please send us an email with your order reference maximum within 15 days after you received your order (we won’t accept any exchanges after this deadline)

If you are in Miami, you can contact us to schedule an appointment at our Miami store if you would like to come to make the exchange in person.

Please note that we don’t accept accessories exchanges.

How Long Does It Take To Process My Exchange?

Once we have received your package, your exchange will be processed within 2-4 business days. You will be notified via email at the e-mail address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place and we have shipped out your new item. Please note that we don’t refund shipping costs.

Can I Exchange Items That Were Purchased On Sale?

Yes, you can exchange the item for the same style in a different size or we can issue you a store credit for that amount in the form of a gift card. You can then use that credit towards a new swimsuit or accessory purchase.

Where can I see my order details?

Please log in and visit your members page to view all your account information including order details.

I Need To Change Something On My Order. How Can I Do That?


If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 1 day, and once our warehouse has processed your order or your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to make any changes.

I Just Placed My Order. Can I Add Another Item To It?

Unfortunately No. But you can place another order right away, as long as the orders are placed within 1 hour and have the same shipping address, We’ll be happy to add the items to your package so you receive just one shipment. Please specify this in the “comments” section at checkout or send us an email right away as soon as you place the order so we can make sure that we combine your orders into one single shipment. If this is not done within an hour of the order being placed, we cannot guarantee this since your order might have already been shipped out.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email - what should I do?

If you don’t receive an order confirmation email in your inbox please check all other boxes (spam, social, etc) If you don’t find it in any inbox please contact us.

Shipping

Where can I find your shipping and Returns policy?

Visit our Shipping and Returns page to view our complete policy.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. You can place your order online and select “local pickup” as shipping methid. You can then schedule an appointment to pick it up at our Miami Store. Once you place your order, please contact us.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free within the continental U.S for all orders over $100.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Standard shipping for 1-2 swimsuits within the U.S is usually around $9

Which courier do you use and how long will it take for my order to arrive?

We use different couriers. You will be able to select your preferred options at checkout and know exactly how many days it will take before placing your order.
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 – 7 days. Orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

What if I need my swimsuit right away?

You will be able to choose an expedited delivery option at checkout.

Do you have a cut-off time for shipments?

We only ship from Mondays to Fridays.

My order hasn't arrived yet. How can I have more information? 

We try to ship all orders as soon as possible. The shipping deadline is 2 business days. Any more questions feel free to contact us.

Can I change shipping address once order has been placed?

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Prices and courier options provided at checkout.

Will I Have To Pay International Taxes & Duties?


For international shipments, import duties & taxes may be required to be paid.
Lia Sahara pre-calculate these costs and display them at checkout and give customers the choice of pre-paying these duties and taxes, or choosing to pay them separately upon arrival in your destination country. Lia Sahara LLC encourage customers to pre-pay duties and taxes as pre-paying these will facilitate a faster delivery time as they will be less likely to be subject to delays at customs at their destination country.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Lia Sahara LLC at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

I wrote the wrong shipping address, what should I do?

If you have noticed your address is incorrect please contact us ASAP as we may be able to change the details if your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once its been shipped, we cannot do anything about it.

What if my package arrived damaged?

We hope that this never happens as we work really hard to make sure that each item is of the highest standard and items are quality controlled twice.
If the package was damaged in transit, we kindly ask that you please do not accept it from courier. Please contact us right after.

Shipping to the Caribbean & Honduras via Freight Forwarder Services

Can I have my order shipped to my freight forwarder in the U.S?

Yes. We are used to working with Tropic Consolidators, Hyde Shipping, Multi Envios, Navivan and other freight forwarders. Please make sure to write the shipping address provided by your freight forwarder correctly.

Can you ship my order is a small sized package?

Yes. We will do this when possible, however we package our swimwear in poly mailers so they are already very light and small.

Can I ask that all my items be shipped in a single order?

Yes. Please specify this in the “comments” section when checking out. If not specified, we might ship your items separately as soon as they become available.

Can you ship several orders together?

Yes. If you placed different orders on the same day, just let us know and we will ship them in one package. Please specify this in the “comments” section at checkout or send us an email right away as soon as you place the order so we can make sure that we combine your orders into one single shipment. If this is not done within an hour of the order being placed, we cannot guarantee this since your order might have already been shipped out.

Can you ship both my order and my friend’s order together?

Yes. If you both placed an order on the same day and with same delivery address, we can ship them together. Make sure to contact us right away for further details on how to do this.
