Refund policy

We will happily do exchanges due to change of mind or change in size as long as a request to exchange is received by us within 15 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging. Items must be unused, and in sellable condition. This means that the hygienic liner and the tags must be intact to facilitate the exchange. Items must also be sent back in their original packaging including all free accessories it came with.

For hygienic purposes, we strictly do not accept items in conditions other than the above. Please understand, it is like exchanging underwear.
